Hip Lift

What would you like to see when you look at the mirror?

A hip lift is an operation performed to correct the inner thighs. This procedure is recommended if there is an accumulation of adipose tissue on the inner thighs, if the skin is sagging, or in both cases. As a result, the thighs acquire elasticity, and the patient can again afford to wear clothes that he could not wear earlier due to this deficiency.

Depending on the condition of the skin, the subcutaneous fat layer, the characteristics of muscle and bone tissue, the doctor selects the necessary technique:

•Medical thigh lift

Aimed at modeling the inner side of the thigh; a skin incision is made in the groin area. The modern method of lifting involves fixation of tissues to the pubic periosteum, excess tissues are separated, thereby reducing the risk of postoperative complications.

•Vertical lift

A long incision is made along the inner thigh, starting from the groin fold. Excess subcutaneous fat and skin are excised through it. This technique allows you to remove significant amounts of tissue, and is suitable for patients with flabby, folded skin. However, a significant disadvantage is the long scar on the thigh.

•Combined

Combines the above 2 technologies, the need for it is determined only by a plastic surgeon.
