The surgeon carefully takes the fat cells with a 1.5mm cannula and distributes them into the tissues, creating a kind of lattice from the injected particles, like honeycombs. This is a very delicate, filigree work. The result is a "layer cake" and certain areas of the fabric are lifted. A bandage is applied in the places where fat is taken and injected.

Allergic manifestations are excluded, since the transplantation of autologous fat does not cause negative reactions in the body. The effect after lipofilling is quite persistent. Blood vessels will grow into the transplanted tissue after a while; they nourish the fat cells, which ensure the retention of volume and shape in the corrected areas.
